[Resolved] Toshiba Laptop — NO RESPONSE FOR THE TOSHIBA SERVICE | |
sir,
i am katukuri shravya and i bought a laptop in july -2013, it's a
satellite c850-x5214 model and the serial no. is 4C235952Q, i bought
in from parklane, secunderabad, ap. it has been over a month trying to
figure out for a solution to my laptop . the consumer service(nacharam)
does not respond and when i reach there manually i have been told that
there is only one service engineer there and no whereabouts of when he
comes or leaves. i tried online registration for the service but the
person there says the invoice in not clear and when i say that i will
manually do it at their office, there is no response. i request the
concerned people to please help me out.

PLEASE help me, it's been over a month that i have been around the
service centre people. there is a hard disk problem and all my data got
formatted. tired of this process please help...
