I want to lodge a complaint regarding the poor customer service provided.
I lodged a complaint regarding a technical glitche of not
working of led tv purchased whose model number is 24PS10ZE purchased
from pathankot punjab where I work as a court manager . Complaint number
is- 7F0050591. And its almost now 15 days. After lodging of complaint
engineer visited from the pathankot in punjab service centre and told
me that there is a fault in the board where hdmi ports and other ports
get connected so we have to order it after 3-4 days board came they said
the company had send the wrong board again board is ordered after 3-4
days again board came it again doesnt worked then they said a software
has to be uploaded we have to take the tv to service centre and then has
to upload the program. Aftet I that I called the service centre people
they said software is not getting uploaded and again new board has to be
ordered and after that almost a week had passes on no board from the
head office came neither there is any communication by the service
centre people. I have to call every time but from last 3-4 days they are
not picking up my call.. I want to ask the authorities tat is this the
way your company deal with customers and for a small complaint like this
15-20 days it took for a company like of yours to resolve. I am almost
done and fedup of the response given to me by the service centre people.
After doing every bit of it I am writing this mail. After this I will
be takin this matter to the higher authorities or will take the matter
to the differnt consumer forums and social media. Hoping a quick
