Dear All I Has purchased a LED TV 32” from Sowndarya Digital Mall in Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh) Before 1 year Now its LED Screen is Not working Now I called to their customer service centre so many times of their representative came and seen the TV and said the Screen is damaged and it needs to replace, Since that time I followed up for the same but they are saying, We will Order it from Bangalore and it will take 10 Days, In between When I called They extended the time limit till 15 days again. After that nobody responded for the complaint given by me, So I moved to Consumer court and now I am sending a Court Notice, Will see what the result is coming.
