I had purchased a TV from LULU Connect in Oct 2013 and later on after a year there was a problem in the display where in enough of disturbances came. Had complained the same with your customer care but they are asking for the bill which i dont have and even when i checked the same with LULU they said that they also do not keep old bill records. Now the TV is idle and of no use currently eventhough it is having a 5 yr warrnaty. Request you to pls inform on what can be done the best for the complaint to be resolved. Had taken a Consumer loan for buying the TV have the Satement of account where in the TV number, Buying place the loan disbursal date all is there which i can show you as a proof of the model of the TV to be same.
