Dear sir,
I had purchased few years ago Toshiba LED television, In my Toshiba 25 inch led tv, USB pot & HDMI Pot not working.
Kindly help and send technician for repair.
Four or five years ago I purchase Toshiba led tv. It's working nicely. But last one week suddenly usb pot and HDMI pot not working. Kindly resolve.

I have purchased my toshiba led 40l5400 android tv with serial no e393d6j00450v1 on 24th apr 2015 via snapdeal. I received my led on my address on 27th apr 2015, after which i had called toshiba customer care for installation and also the extended warranty. I have lodged a complaint for defect in toshiba led tv. The tv is in extended three year warranty period.
After frequent chase up to toshiba also, the complaint is still open.
On asking the toshiba guys again nd again, i get to know that my complaint was closed withput attending it. This is the height o[censored]nprofessional behaviour and is not less than a fraud with customer.

I purchased a toshiba 40inch LED TV on 2/04/2015 which is 3yrs warranty but it damaged on 27/12/2017 I registered a complain with complain no SR011I00022 on 01/01/2018 and service technician told me that mother board part has been ordered on 05/05/2018 but till now didn't any response and calls for my tv repair I want to know how would be long for the warranty part order received validation. And I want to know where I complain it to resolve....

I purchased a 3tb ext hdd in dec 2017. It stopped working.

I called toshiba and spoke to almost 20 people. Each one gave me a different ph number. When i called that number i was not that it's not the right number and i need to call some other number.
Looks like toshiba did not educate their employees about which number to give. For that customrs like me are suffering.
My problem is not resolved.br...

This is regarding the toshiba led tv purchased on may 2015 from radhika home appliances pimple saudagar, pune.
The tv have display problem now and, i have raised service request to radhika service center. They have initiated the service to toshiba authorized service. The service person from the toshiba authorized technician came and checked the warranty card. Actual warranty written on the card is 1 year comprehensive...

My brother has bought a hard disk of your company toshiba.. It is only 8 months or less that it stopped working.. The hard disk got corrupted automatically.. I am out of my data as well as my work.. My laptop has stopped working for me.. Can you please tell me what to do and why this happen to my disk. Please issue me a new one..

Would like to let u know that this is our second lcd tv (Model no. 32p2400ze) o[censored]r company which is in defect. Also regret for the purchase of your product which we believed was a good choice.
However, we followed the process of informing your authorized dealer about the complaint and their visit gave us another shock of spending more bucks for the same product which is unacceptable.

I have purchased hitachi internal hard drive 1 tb with 5 year warranty from my home town, karnal haryana. This year it got detected and i went to the shop keeper from where i have purchased it, shop keeper told me to keep it with him so that he should claim the warranty from company.
