I bought a cctv from amazon in the month of september 2017. It includes 2tb toshiba hard disk. I installed the same and it was working fine for one month. After a month its stopped working.
I have 1 year warranty for the same. I don't know to whom i should contact for this. Please do the needful.

I purchased toshiba 1 tb mq01abd100 laptop hard disk from snap deal last month because i got the one year warranty and after installation its performance get deteriorate, hence i want to be replace with another.

I had contacted toshiba customer care thrice in the last few months. They are taking the complaint, but no one is attending to close the issue. At least no response in capital city like vijayawada in andhra pradesh state. Warranty will expire in few days. No proper information in online. Updated data is not available in their website.

I bought a toshiba lcd tv from flipkart in february 2015. Within 6 months the panel failed and after much effort and talking with all the top people in toshiba, i got them to replace the television. I have a made complaint on toshiba on two months back. Every time i called toshiba customer care they told they will take care this time on higher priority. But # up the services. I didn't recieve a single call from thier side. Its a # service of toshiba they dont care about his customer. Customer care is tottly # up. My number is [protected]. Our toshiba led 39inches tvs display gone after our complaint your service center balaji services. Godhavarikhani. Repaired it and he said back lights are gone and taken 10000 rs for that repair. And after one month same problem happened and we called them so many times approx 100times then he came after one month and take the tv with him to repair they said that with in 3days i will repair it but it taken above 1month he did not repair it...

No one has responded yet, even though sla for same was called as 7 days.

Issue is still pending and no one is following up on this... What's going on???

We had booked complain on 16/09/2017 complain nos tiplsr169h06801, service center person has visited our home on 19/09/2017 he checked our toshiba tv and said some parts has to be changed.
