Toshiba — TV failed within a year-PATHETIC SERVICE | |||
TV failed within 1 year of purchase, called up customer care, [protected]. Service person should have contacted within at least 24 hours (as was promised by toshiba during purchase). Now it is 48 hours, complain registered twice, only false assurances. Toshiba customer care are behaving like road side dealers, telling me things like the service engineer's scooter got punctured, he had too many calls in two days (wondering if Toshiba has just 1 service engineer covering NCR? ) I have equipment's of LG and Samsung..
