I have bought a techkiriti IITK jacket from Townscript.com with extra payment (including shipping as mentioned in the site) that means they have to ship the jacket to the mentioned address but they sent me an email and in it venue details were mentioned i.e IITK. Due to certain circumstances I was unable to attend the feast so I requested to refund my money or ship the jacket. I have contacted many times but they said refund is under process and several months passed but they have not refunded the money.
Why did they took extra charges if they didn't ship it? Even if I attended the feast I might have got the jacket but with extra charges. That is completely unfair.
Completely fraud.
