I am Sameer Goel based in Meerut & we have Toyota Altis No. UP15 AK 0747.

Yesterday, Surprisingly, We have received the SMS from your Dealer Grand Toyota at Meerut that your Car has been serviced & please collect your Car & your Invoice amount is 0. Thank you for patronizing Grand Toyota. We have not sent any Car in last 8-10 Months to the service centre for any maintenance or repair. How come they issued our Job Card when we have not sent any Car at service Centre.

We are doubting that some fraudulent activities are being done at your dealer end. You are requested...

I approached you sales and service centre m/s.Nandi toyota situated in banasawadi ring road on 21 st of march for car cover for etios cross, which we purchased it on october 2015.Your sales person told that time being there is no stock availability. They collected my mobile no.9880718776 and give assurance they will get back to me .Till date there is no any feed back from your show room.Please look in to the matter.

Toyota — Service center unable to identify the problem in my innova event after inspecting 4 times my vehicle

I have given my Innova for replacing Clutch plate (@ Cotton Green center) and it got replaced but later their was some vibration i can feel, hence again i gave back to check as to why this is happening.
your service center checked and reported vehicle is ok no issue found still i was not satisfied and i can feel that vibration so this continue for 3-4 times and these guys repeatedly told its ok.
So i went to other service center (Reay Road) and they realized that vibration is due to some issue with flywheel.
Later without my permission cotton green guys took my car from Reay...

Toyota — Not satisfied with the resolution provided and low quality product

I am facing the huge noise concern from dashboard. i have visited pioneer toyota so many times for this issue and even after dashboard replacement still facing the same noise issue. I am feeling that i am driving a 5 year old car. I need to know the root cause of this noise issue. I need that issue to be fixed or complete car replacement. and i don't want to visit service centre again and again for the harassment.
