Toyota — Fraudulent Practice at dealer end in service | |||
I am Sameer Goel based in Meerut & we have Toyota Altis No. UP15 AK 0747. Yesterday, Surprisingly, We have received the SMS from your Dealer Grand Toyota at Meerut that your Car has been serviced & please collect your Car & your Invoice amount is 0. Thank you for patronizing Grand Toyota. We have not sent any Car in last 8-10 Months to the service centre for any maintenance or repair. How come they issued our Job Card when we have not sent any Car at service Centre. We are doubting that some fraudulent activities are being done at your dealer end. You are requested to take this matter seriously as take necessary action. if desired, we can also forward the SMS to you. Was this information helpful? | |||
