Toyota — Improper servicing by the company service centre

I am the owner of an Etios Gd model car, purchased at the year of 2012.I have aske d the service centre about the problem of tail lights and head lamps, several times during the time of servicing.The problem is that during rainy season the water gets into the head lights and tail lamps and its contained in there like vessel with water in it. When we approched the service centre they would just remove water from the lamp kit and doesn't do any further steps to avoid.We have asked them so many times to resolve this problem, but still they repeat the same.
