Toyota Innova — Regarding service

I (chetan shah) had sent my car for a service at lakozy toyota, Malad (w) twice in a last week for the same problem which they didn't short out. The problem was fixing the screws(bolts) only which i get it done from outside. It was making too noisy which didn't short out twice by lakozy Toyota Malad(w) service centre.I had sent my driver over there but they used bad approch to my driver. My car is still over there and my car no. is MH02 BD 7920 I m totally unsatisfied with work done by them. I had paid full payment. Kindly look into the matter which spoils toyota's reputation. kindly get back to me regarding the same. Eagerly waiting for your prompt reply.
