Dear Sir, i purchased my car innova gx on 17th sept 2013 and for which my first servicing was done on 29 oct 2013. It was surprize to see the service class for a reputed company which i observed nowhere following the company guidelines. a big hoarding regarding washing procedure is exhibiting do's and don'ts at the workshop, Ranchi but non of those instruction was being followed.
