Toyota — Low milage

I have purchased a new toyota ethos car white in September2014 from globe toyota mohali .while selling the car dealer told me that mileage is 20 plus KMPL but vehicle is giving14KMPL appx I am getting problem since first day.this is very unsetsfactry to me.Please take this as serious note and do whatever best to be done awaiting response in my favour.
