TPSL — I am complaining about balance deducting but i did not got registration no, challan no, and form printout of mjpru bareilly

Dear sir/madem my name is harsh shukla and i am from bareilly on 12/07/2016 i submit the improvement form of mjpru i succsesfuly submit the form and payment by state bank of indias internet banking after payment i did not get the registration no and chalan no by which i can not download the application form

I think that i made two payment in same time so this peoblem is created please sir if you have any solution of my problem please solve it
