TPSL — Payment deducted but not transferred to receiver

Res. Sir,
We paid Rs. 22900 online to Quality council of India, New Delhi on 21-04-16 by VISA card at 10:38 PM. Transaction ID number is[protected]. (POS[protected] But It is shown unpaid status on the govt. platform of Quality council of India where this amount was to pay. My balance has been cut from my bank account.
Please see the matter and kindly search the transaction of payment where this amount has gone? And return this amount of Rs. 22900 to my account if this is not transferred to desired site. Please inform me about the status of this transaction earliest. I will be highly obliged. Thanking you-

Transaction failed while paying vodafone bill

The transaction failed status occurs from TPSL. the status is success from ICICI site.

Dear sir/madam
i am applying for the exam of mahatait. i pay the fees 500 rs through sbi netbanking on 21nov 2017. and debited money from account but not received the exam portal. so my wife nisha vinayak garfade exam form are incomplete. and transaction is failed .tomarrow last date for form submission.
so please proceeds my request.
