Trackon Courier Pvt Ltd — Non Delivery of Parcel | |||
I have recently vacated Mumbai and shifted to Bangalore. Consignment number[protected] was sent by me from Mumbai to Bangalore on 19.01.2015. It was received in Yashwanthpur Hub on 27.01.2015 (as shown in your website). I had called Yashwanthpur office on 27.01.2015. But, the phone call was not at all audible.I was not at all able to hear anything. If you don't believe me, call [protected] and try to understand what they speak. Next day, I got a call from Mumbai office saying that the parcel is returned. When asked for reason, they are saying that the person has shifted from this address and went to some other address. Next time when I called them, they said that my address is wrong and my mobile number is wrong. I am staying here in the same address since 21.01.2015. And I was in home for the whole day on 28.01.2015. I don't know to which address they went and enquired. Nobody called to my mobile number also. Further, the response and the customer handling of the company reps here was non-supportive and harsh. Till now, my parcel has not been delivered. I would like to submit the following for consideration.1. Once the consignment had been accepted, does it not become the company's obligation to deal with it responsibly and atleast call up / inform the addressee or the sender before returning the parcel.2.
