[Resolved] Trackon Courier — Worst service: No delivery; Package destroyed | |||
This is regarding the consignment no,[protected] booked on 8th January 2014 for Ajmer Sharif. We got the parcel back on 27th January on the grounds that there is no service for Ajmer sharif. This is highly unprofessional. The package was very important. It should have been told us while booking that there is no service in Ajmer! But the menace didnt stop there. The parcel returned had been fiddled with. We had parcelled 2 wall calendar and 1 table calendar. The parcel that we got had only 2 wall calendars and they were also been folded and torn. The table calendar was not there. It had been stolen. Those calendars were being sold and each costed us Rs. 200! As for the behaviour of customer care people.. the franchise in Vikas Puri is the worst. The name is: Shivam Enterprises VikasPuri - II no. [protected], 47057711 The head is a lady and is mannerless and unprofessional. She uses abusive languages, hungs up the phone and is a liar. The customer care service is also bad. all the nos. are always busy. We spoke to a customer care executive and she said, "Trackon is not responsible for delivery of goods, for their return and for the condition of package". Was this information helpful? | |||
