Trackon Couriers — Complaining about late delivery and misbehave

Dear concern
Mr jairam (ph no [protected]), manager based at patna has done the misbehaved when i have asked him about the delay in the consignment. the courier was delivered on 27th oct 2016 from cipla ltd patna office to my residence which is also at patna. the pod number is :[protected], which took 5 days and delivered on 31st oct at 2 pm which i havent received and returned back the courier.
Kindly look and do the needful, waiting for your response
