Trackon Couriers — Complaint for pod no.[protected] | |||
Dear team, I have send the consignment through your courier services on 09/03/2016 from mumbai to bhubneshwar (Pod no[protected]. It was delivered on 12/03/2016 to my party. But the courier was in a very bad and damaged condition and when checked inside some stock (Pens-44 units) were missing. I have checked with the executive who had came for collection of parcel, he is saying we are only collection centre, you need to get in touch with trackon hub office. When called up mr. Bangera, he gave me three landline no. On which nobody responded[protected] ext.=3121/3031/3032). There is zero level customer service with trackon. Request you to check and take the necessary action against the same and provide us the proper solution for the same. Awaiting for your prompt response. Was this information helpful? | |||
