dear sir,
this is inform to you that my self pawan mishra and I'm living in 258/26/3A, Malakraj, Rambag, Allahabad since 10yr, that place is centre place of Allahabad city.
never I have received any courier from rambag franchise or civil line office, many times I had received courier by hand but every time it is not possible.
Through telephonically I had many times register my complaint regarding courier not received to me at my address, last month all these things I've discussed with Mr Dixit senior mgr UP.but still no any improvement is their for example this month by 4th may doc no.[protected] sent to me from Gorakhpur but till date I have not received .
so I request to you plz suggest to me what I'll do.

On 5th JUne 2015 i had given a Courier doc no[protected], i regret to inform that it is still not recived by the end user . despite of taking hundreds of follow up from trackon servives i have not recived any feedback
Mr. Bharat [protected] was responsible for delivaring the courier i called him many times he says i will delivar today and end of the day doesnt pick of the call.
Very bad serives and bad experience i had to go through as it was very improtant documents
