Trackon Couriers — Courier returned with reason no service in area and when called registered mobile used abusive language | |||
Please be informed when contacted mulund (East)-[protected] to know the reason for package returning to branch the person on the phone used abusive language. The courier was received back on 7th and the reason is yet not known. Also i was not informed about the same till i inquired yesterday that is on 11/05/2016. Please let me know why was it not communicated to me immediately. When checked i was informed that the courier was returned with with reason "out of service area", please let me know if you do not have any service in that area you should have not accepted the courier in first place. When asked why was the courier accepted in first place was asked to contact booking office which is not acceptable as the liability and responsibility is still with the courier company and not the booking agent.
