Trackon Couriers — Delay in sending the consignment

I used trackon courier service from patna on 18 th of December for sending a courier to Chennai. It was suppose to reach Chennai on 21st of December 2015 but it didn't, moreover when I tried contacting the customer care services they were very rude, didn't entertain the callers and they would hang up the call even before you complete your sentence. I haven't seen so ruthless people as customer care representatives. And i will make sure that none of my friends and relatives use this service ever again, well its the worst one on planet.
