Trackon Couriers — Items stolen fron courier consignment[protected]

Hi, I have sent a consignment from trackon courier[protected]. From Delhi to Bhubaneswar. This contains some clothes.After courier has been received, we have seen someone stolen few pieces of clothes from inside the pack, and then packed properly. I have been chasing the courier guys in Delhi and Orissa, but they did not take any actions till now. Orissa guys saying this is fault of sender, and vice-versa. Please help.
