Track on Service is the worst! Parcel was sent from Delhi on 5th Sep. Tracking no. [protected]. It still hasn't reached Bangalore on the 19th. Booking office kept the phone down in the middle of the query saying it is not their responsibility. Receiving office cannot help since it hasn't reached them. Customer service execs cannot help either because they don't know what to do. Apparently the parcel is missing! Really? How is that even possible? You can track each hand-over point, then how can you not know at what point it got stuck? You mail the customer service ids, and no one responds. This is a really important parcel that needed to be delivered to a client and no one can help?
