Trackon Couriers — Parcel not delivered

Dear Sir / Madam, My father has sent a parcel to me on 12/07/2015 Gorakhpur (UP) to Gurgaon (Haryana) (AWB No[protected] but yet this parcel has not been delivered to me. I tried calling centers of Gorakhpur, Lucknow, Gurgaon and Delhi and out of hundreds of attempts I could talk to them only for 5-6 times. They don't have any answers why this has not been delivered as yet. My father has paid around 700 rupees and was assured by Trackon guys that they are going to deliver this parcel within 3 days. On tracking the parcel online on Trackon portal, it says Status of AWB No[protected] Not Updated. This is the same status for last 8 days. Please respond on priority.
