Dear Sir,

I am very dissatisfied with your service.
I am trying to get details of my consignment but none of your Mumbai numbers are working to get in touch.
Nobody picks up the call in Jaipur/Mumbai/Thane.

The tracking system isn't updated as well.

What kind of service do you provide to your customers?
I will never recommend Trackon to anyone in future.

trackon courier is worst courier i have come across, theon pharmaceuticals dispatched three boxes of life saving drugs through trackon courier by air service, but they have sent this via road, and they are not replying properly and we dont get their people over phone.this behaviour can risk someone life as it was life saving drug. i hope government would take action against this poor serviced courier company.. my docket number is[protected], dated 20/01/2016, and it has not reached us till date.
