Trackon Couriers — Regarding my parcel

I had sent one parcel from dehradun to Bilaspur Himachal AWB No.[protected] dated 27th Dec.2014 but till date it is not delivered neither its status is updated on tracking site, i think it is lost, i talked to customer care and emailed them but they are not responding to the mail also now want my cost of the products which they have lost as soon as possible

Updated by Ulshee trackon customer support are not responding to my mails, i just my my cost of the parcel claioming to Rs.3500 refunded as soon as possible

Updated by Ulshee Now the customer care of Delhi are saying that they have not received the parcel at all and i should talk to the booking office track on services at Dehradun if they have not received it then why it is showing update on 27th Dec.2014 that is received at delhi, and they are saying that it should have been booked under prime track as they were the garments then whyit was sent through trackon
