docket number[protected] worst service and pathetic staff people .. irresponsible, .. complained on custumer care n these people promised to turn back with an answer within 5 hours its been 24 hours .. got no response .. they are good for nothing .. advise you to shut your business if you cant do it reliably .. how can you remove material from the packet .. this is cheating your customers. its way better to go for FIRST FLIGHT.. as they give assurity and insurance of whats lost .. unlike you .. who are least bothered .. soon i will mention the name of that staff who has attended my complaint.
