Trackon — Parcel sent from trackon is not delivered yet and damaged on the way

I had send a parcel to lucknow through trackon from south delhi malviya nagar, , the parcel contains rakhis and chocolates for my brothers, i had send it on 18th august 2015 and now it's 28th august 2015 it is not delivered yet and today when i checked status online i came to know that my parcel has damaged on the way.. I cried a lot after hearing this and i am very disappointed with it.. Because it's my first year when i am not at home with my family members and my rakhi is also not there with them.. I just want to know that do you people don't have any responsibility regarding our valuablr items, we sends our emotions and trust with our items ..
