Tradus — Order not received

Hi, My name is Lalit, and i placed an order 5 days back and my order was confirmed and i already made the payment, but almost a week now i have not received my product and no one is replying from tradus team.

i am very disappointed and I would never recommend about tradus to any one.

Kind of services they are providing to their customer is not at all appreciable.
