Tradus.com — Duplicate/faulty product | |||
I have ordered a Nokia BL-5C battery through Tradus.com(order No[protected]_01) on 17/10/2013. They have supplied the item through seller Carpoint 2013.I have received the item through Aramex courier (AWB no-[protected]) on 23/10/2013. After receiving the battery, I have put it on charge and when it was fully charged then installed the battery to my mobile.Battery showed FULL CHARGE signal.But hardly I could made a call for 30second and battery got discharged.Again I charged but problem persists.When I carefully examined the battery and the packet I found that the battery is duplicate and faulty too. I have contacted the seller over mail twice but there was no response.I tried to contact Tradus.com customer care but their process of customer care of Tradus.com is too poor.So please help to refund my money or exchange the product with a fresh/original one. -Kalyan Sarma Guwahati Was this information helpful? | |||
