Trai — Airtel not responding my request to customise my digital tv plan | |||||
Dear sir, I requested airtel to customise my digital tv plan as i need only 15 channels. I have seen through ads that we need to pay only for those interested channels but providers are chasing us for lacarte plans. I many times emailed them but the responded only with sms their lacarte plan. I request to clarify me whether i can use customise plan or not. If yes please advise airtel suitably. I did not request for the value added service from Vodafone social book, however Rs. 90/- was deducted from my takltime. I got message. i immediately called number to deactivate, it was deactivated, but they did not credit the money. Please rederss
