I am using 3G network since 2 months.But today suddenly my netpack stopped working.Now it has started but with 2g connection.My 3G netowk is valid till 30th May.I called your Customer care no.He said will get reactivated in 1/2n hr i.e at 7.18 pm.But still I am getting 2G speed.This is not a good customer service as this is effecting your brand and also on valued customers.
