Trai — Complaint Against Vodafone for deficency in 3G network

Hi, I am vodafone subscriber and using there 3G service and paying for that, but i am not getting 3 G network at Rohini, New Delhi. when i filed complaint twice there technical team called and enquired sitting in there offices, i asked them to visit my place and check for your self, subsequently i wrote to their grivence cell and i got a reply that due to technical reasons they are helpless. I need my answers, am i living in jungle, , , where technical problems can not be resolved, if they can not provide 3G services then why are they charging from me... is this case not fit for lack of services and i should file case in consumer court against them.
