With ref. To our yesterday telephonic discussion at your mobile[protected] regarding above subject; i yugal kishore upadhyay is working with sunrise hospital (Gurgaon) from last 3 yearsand in hospital, emergency services since 2007 ; at present i am posted as a executive director in star hospital, near dharuhera by sunrise hospital, gurgaon; i would like to put in your knowledge that my above mobile no. [protected] services has been suspended by “vodafone service provider" on request of mr. Tarique [protected] on basis of one sms that he has receive from my mob. No on dated 21/03/2016 (Stating that we are providing affordable treatment) infect i want tell you sir that this person do not have boy baby and approach me by e-mail to get pgd (Sex determination) with ivf at our hospital ; i clearly told him that we do not do pgd but yes if he want than he can get ivf treatment at affordable rate in our hospital i clearly told him that this is not allow by health dept., indian govt. So we can not do this at any cost he request me to get this from any other place in india but i told him that pls. Do not talk me on this matter otherwise i will complain to appropriate authority of health dept.; i told him that i can give discount in ivf or in any other hospital service but no pgd.
I want tell you that i am not a telemarketer who send promotional sms to others i am a medical professional person and using above mob. Since 2007 but no body has complain regarding my no. [protected]
This is very important no. For me and for human being as this no. Is listed in all tpas/ health insurance companies, irda, whatclinic, just dial, google, this no is with more than 20, 000 plus people in india and abroad. People call me when they require any medical assistance eg. Blood donor, plat-let donor, ambulace in emergency etc. My this no [protected] is also listed in emergency disaster list of health department “ http://gurgaon.Gov.In/hospital-in-gurgaon.Php “ and in data bank of rohini (Registry of hospitals in network of insurance)“ https://rohini.Iib.Gov.In/” this no is also listed in so many ngos eg. I am having very tension and getting mentally tour-char as my vodafone mob. No [protected] is not working just on request of a person so i request you pls. Solve my problem and ask vodafone provider to start services of my mob. No. [protected]; i am not taking proper food from time my mob. Services are suspended ; i have approach to vodafone but they are saying that trai has instructed them to stop my mobile no but yesterday when i visit to your trai office at old minto road in new delhi your staff told me that trai has not given any as such instruction to vodafone to stop my mobile services
Finally i am getting mentally harass by vodafone and by trai so i here by declare that in case if any person get expire due to not getting connected on my emergency no. [protected] or in case if i get expire due to this tension then honorable chairman of trai and chairman of vodafone will be responsible for the same..
I am also shock that in honorablemodi govt. No body is listening, no body is reacting, no body is understanding, no body is solving this issue..
