Trai — no network connection inside home req-regmy

respected sir/madam, I am lakshmanan i am using tata docomo sim for the past 3 months my docomo number [protected] there is no network connection inside my home when iam outside of my home and on terrace of my home iam having network connection it is difficult for me to get network connection inside my home it results difficult to make a call /receive a call when i am in side my home .so many times i contacted docomo customer care and informed abt the problem they not even responding /hearing my problem iam residing in linemeedu area of salem i kindly request to resolve my problem and do the needful as soon as possible resolve my problem and inform me via [protected]
