Trai — Number of connections exceeded without my knowledge

Dear Officer TRAI, When i applied for SIM card, i received message from TRAI stating that, i exceeded the number of connections as per Govt rules. But, as per my knowledge, i have only two numbers. I requested all the telephone operators to check and sort this issue. But no response from them. I request you please look into it and resolve my problem. OR Please provide the details about how to rectify my problem. Thanks in advance, Dr.Bandi Hari Krishna.
