Dear sir,
Please refer my previous letter dated 18.05.2016 regarding above complaint.
1-my complaint no. Was may/879, which was regenerated as may/996 without my consent/any reesion.
2-nobody came at my givin address to attend or rremove difficulty in my above data card connection. I have waited
4-5 days for your representative.
3-in this period many phones came for wasting his or my time from your end, repeating to grasp my complaint not to
Olve the problem.
Finally ihave received two sms simultaneously at 2.56 pm as follows-
1-your complaintno. May/879 has been closed. 2-your complaint no may/996 has been closed. We tried to contact
But unable to reach you.
It is your custmor service.
