Dear sir, I am subscriber of reliance dongle netconnect with no:[protected]. I am using it since 2007. Now i requested for termination of the service & i have paid all dues. I am trying since past 10 days on their toll free no:[protected] every time i am repeating my complaint to different persons & no body is registering my complaint & i am asked to pay the balance every time by new person whom ever i am talking with. Every day i am made to waste my valuable time of nearly 1hr talking to them but in vain. They are harassing me to continue the number & they are not showing any interest in taking up the issue.
