Trai — TATA SKY NOT Working

Subscriber Id [protected].AM using DTH TATA SKY and having yearly subscription. Since 3rd April 2015 the system is not working As per their inf I am informing on phone [protected] and response is somone will attend.Only messages about 18 are received but no action .No of people are not having the facility.I expect you will take some action.
