Transcend — External Hard Disk not working

My Hard disk is under warranty; I have sent many mails to Transcend, and they say their service centres have closed in India. They asked me to contact the distributors, but no reply from their as well. Now, I am stranded and don't know where to go!!! I have the original bill, I purchased the product online form Snapdeal, even they are not helping!
