[Resolved]  Transcend — Transcend 1TB StoreJet 2.5 M3 not working just two months after purchased

I bought the Transcend 1TB StoreJet2.5" M3, Portable Hard Drive online from flipkart and just two months after it suddenly stop working. I tried to contact customer care but could not get through, i visited the care center (ACCEL FRONTLINE SERVICES LTD.) but the accel team is saying that they stop support service to transcend devises long back...
