[Resolved] Stayzilla — Not Proper rules mentioned | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I booked a hotel room through www.stayzilla.com for Goa. they mentioned their own cancellation. 1) A cancellation penalty of 5% of the booking amount will be levied by Stayzilla.com on all cancellations post confirmation. 2) If you cancel the booking with less than 48 hours left to checkin and 24 hours before checkin, one night's room rate will be charged in addition to the 5% cancellation charge. 3) If you cancel with less than 24 hours left to check in, you will be charged the entire cost of your stay. 4) Hotel's cancellation policy, if different from Stayzilla's policy, will take precedence. As per consumer i am booking with Stayzilla & with thr policies. So its not neccesarry for me to contact Hotel peoples. As they have to mentioned that. I cancelled my booking before 30 Hours of Checkin.. So can you help me what i can do in this case. As they are saying no refund wll be made. Regards, Ashish Was this information helpful? | |||
