Magic Holidays, Panoramic Group — Wrong commitment || Fraud

I want to file a complaint against the fraudulent commitment given to me. Please find below my concerns for the same. 1) While visiting their venue, I had been explained the plan with the payment options available. After finishing, I refused to pay that much amount due to money constraint. 2) Mr. Abhishek (Manager) kept on insisting me to avail this facility and offered me different options with lower amount to be paid and use the package. 3) Finally, he offered me a sum of Rs. 27576 and assured me that in this package, he would provide me a staying of 3 Nights and 4 Days plus an ad on package of 2 Night and 3 Days on any of their locations. He asked me to go for holidays on or before March 2014 (Within this year) and if found suitable / enjoyable, I should then continue services for the next 25 years. Till then, I need not to pay anything and once found suitable, will be continuing as per the company policy. 4) I made that payment and informed him that I should be availing this package during the month of either this year December or in January 2014 which they agreed. 5) Suddenly, I have been receiving calls from your company to make the payments and to start continuing EMIs. I really don’t understand what is this all about? 6) While discussing the same to your call center, he informed there is no such plan / offer for that much amount and I have to pay those installments of Rs. 3945 every month to continue with this holiday package. I explained each and everything to them that this is what had been committed to me which they refused and constantly asked for the payments or else this will be withdrawn and I will not be able to continue with this anymore. 7) Tried to contact Mr. Abhishek and Mr. Preetam via Phone and they are not picking up the same. Sent numerous messages to discuss the issue however, there is still no reply from them. 8) I informed their call center that my planning is to go on vacations in January and they really can’t do this to me. This is absolutely against what had been committed by Mr. Abhishek and Mr. Preetam but all in vain. 9) Now I am not even in a position to go anywhere until and unless if I do not pay the said amount every month. This is really shocking for me and nothing but creating mental harassment. 10) It is really sad for me that their employees giving false promises to the people just to achieve their sales targets. (Also not including the dinner set and gift vouchers which they said will be given to me in the next 2 days as I have not received anything till date). 11) Now taking this into account, I want to cancel my plan and refund the money back to me as I have not availed any of their services till date. Please help me in extacting my money back. I would be highly thankful to you.
