Trifid Research — Huge Loss incurred due to wrong advice on stock

The company - Trifid Research contacted me and canvassed me to take their stock market advice in Cash, Futures & Options segments. Initially I was asked to pay Rs. 35, 000/- (Rupees Thirty Five Thousand) as advisory fee in Cash segment. After I paid 35000/-, I was forced to pay another 40, 000/- for starting their advisory service to me in Futures segment. On their coercion, I had to pay the second 40, 000/- as I did not have an exit option as I have already paid Rs. 35, 000/- and they did not provide me service till I paid another 40, 000/-. Their wrong advice in futures segment (for example Aban Offshore, LIC Housing) resulted in a loss of Rs. 3 Lakhs in a span of just 2 weeks. When their advised stocks were falling (they fell by more than Rs.100/- per stock which meant that a loss of Rs. 1 lack per lot in Futures), Trifid company representative (I can name the person who was interacting with me for these transactions) compelled me to hold the position in these stocks even after my repeated calls to them to square up my position. They have again demanded Rs. 6, 000/- for providing me advisory service in Options segment to recover the loss of 3 Lakhs + 80, 000/- paid as fee to them in about 3 months time. I paid again 6 thousands with a hope of recovering the lost money. But after paying 6 thousand to them in January 2015, they again demanded 4000/- more for starting their advisory service in Options segment. Now, I thought that it is "Enough". I understood that Trifid is just cheating by luring me to recover the loss I incurred due to their wrong advice. My total loss is 3 lakhs investment + Rs. 80, 000/- advisory fees to Trifid.
