Trip Arena Fraud

I booked the ticket through trip arena (SFO-DEL-SFO) through my Chase Credit card and upon reaching the airport got to know that my tickets are cancelled because of non-payment. I had to book my ticket on the spot and paid double money for the same. I am trying to reach you from past 1 month. They booked my flight with stolen credit card and took my money! Fraud company

We booked 2 tickets to India from New York on different dates for me and my husband. We made the payment to the agency vide chase credit card. We got due tickets online with PNR numbers. Scammed by Trip Arena online

Got scammed for thousands of dollars trying to arrange travel for four members of my family. The business took credit card payment on 9/12/2014 and did not provide any valid booking. Whatever booking reference they sent disappeared from airline website the next day. This went on for 10 days. Business is not returning any calls/ e-mails for refund....

Tickets Cancelled without intimating and now no one is answering the phone.

We had booked 2 tickets from trip arena on 16th June, recently when I called British airways they said that my tickets were cancelled. And now no one from trip Arena is picking up the phone all are either switched off or not reachable. Cancellation of Tickets without intimation and not refunding luggage
