[Resolved]  Tripgateway.in — Fraud - cheating with the hotel bookings and while we go for check in we have to pay the money

Hi,

I am another victim to this company's fraud. First Rohit told that I will be given samsung galaxy 6 as free gift for the package. I was sure I will not get the gift but went ahead and did the booking assuming atleast will get the hotel bookings of my choice and without any problem. But I was cheated with the hotel booking as well because when booking request was raised always the answer was hotel availability not there and was offered very cheap hotels for the amount of Rs 8999/-. Later I agreed for booking of hotel for 3 days 2 nights which was supposed to be for 5 days 4 nights as promised while booking the package. They booked the hotel and the booking voucher did not have any voucher no. They did not book for my kid and when I went to the hotel I was asked to pay for the Kid and now they are not answering my phone calls nor giving any response for the cheating.
