Trujet Airlines — Delay of flight | |||||
Flight no. 2T207 from Rajahmundry to Hyderabad Dated 13 September 2016 was delayed by 3 hours by the airline due to the NON-AVAILABILITY of their aircraft on the Rajahmundry airport because of which 2 passengers travelling by this flight namely RAJESHWAR KHURANA(PNR NO :- 00U7GC) and DIVYANSH KHURANA(PNR :- 00UAO6) missed their other connecting flight from Hyderabad to Delhi by Indigo Airlines. The scheduled departure time was-16:45 but the flight departed at around 19:45. The airlines kept blaming the weather conditions for the delay, but another flight of Jet Airways successfully took off during the same weather. After this incident, we were forced to book another flight from Hyderabad to Delhi on Hyderabad Airport which costed us more Rs 9000. So, I request a refund from the Trujet Airlines of Rs 9000 because of whom we had to pay more Rs 9000 at the Rajiv gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad for our missed flight. My pnr no 00N3SG flight no 2T311 worst experience rude behaviour by supervisor and counter lady of truejet at the airport. My recommendation never opt for this airlines.
Dont ever user this airlines. TRUJET PROVIDES POOR SERVICE AND QUALITY. THEY WILL JUST CANCEL THE FLIGHTS WHENEVER THEY WANT IRRESPECTIVE OF WEATHER CONDITIONS AND THEY WILL.COME UP SAYING OPERATIONAL ISSUES. Flights from Bangalore to Rjy in month of sep are cancelled. When u book ticket from any travel sites they are deducting money for processing. Worst Experience for TRUJET.

This is with reference to the flight ticked which i have booked for December 09, departure time 18:25 from Hyderabad to Chennai.
1. Firstly, flight has been cancelled just simply stating operational issues. There could be so many operational issues. As a passenger i believe i have everyright to know the exact issue. Would like to exactly know the reason for flight cancellation.
2. I have to be there, by saturday early morning atleast before 8 am. I have very important event( Body building competition) of my life. I cannot let this go for a toss.
3. I[censored] dont have flights in the evening, please accomodate a seat in a different carrier so i reach Chennai on time. If you cannot do that. i will check and book tickets around the same time, provided you Truejet pays me the difference amount along with my actual booking amount. This should be a compensation given to the passenger for the mistake and inconvenience which you cause to the passenger.
4. MORE IMPORTANTLY, WHEN WE CANCEL TICKETS FROM OUR SIDE. YOU WILL ALMOST DEDUCT 70 -80 % OF THE FULL CHARGE AND REFUND THE REST. NOW YOU HAVE CANCELLED THE TICKET FOR WHICH YOU SHOULD TAKE THE REPSONSIBILITY OF PAYING COMPENSATION TO THE CUSTOMER APART FROM MY FLIGHT BOOKING CHARGES.
I expect answers for all the 4 concerns which I have highlighted.
Firts time i have booked flight from truejet. Having a real bad experience. Facing of lot of trauma because of this. I will never ever book flight, nor suggest to anyone from truejet. this really really questions about your SERVICE AND QUALITY.
