Ttd Online Booking — Online booking receipt not issued

HI All, On Sep4 I booked the 2 kalyanotsava ticket from www.ttdsevaonline.com around 2:55 and 4:30 and almost the process got completed but unfortunately it said TTD service is not available and both the times the Receipt was not shown, but the amount 1000 rupees both times was deducted from my CITI Bank Credit Card account and I got an SMS alert as well as mail from CITI Bank for the same . When Enquired on TTD call center they said to mail to [protected]@gmial.com. Till date there is no response from them. Also in My Id I see it as failure transaction, but till date there is no refund for this, not there is a courtesy for them to reply back to the mail. Regards Mahesh
